Tax Advisory Services

Tax Compliance Services

 Our compliance team helps clients maintain full adherence to tax regulations, reducing exposure and ensuring smooth interactions with authorities. We offer:

Tax Studies & Strategic Planning

 We assist clients in planning ahead through detailed tax studies that identify legally compliant methods to minimize tax liabilities. Our goal is to provide actionable insights and strategic alternatives tailored to each client’s situation. 

TAX COMPLIANCE AND DISPUTES

Payroll

  • Assist of the monthly salary tax and social insurance calculation for the employees, and to communicate the net salary due to each employees and total salary tax and social insurance directly to HR Department, in strict confidentiality.
  • Issue payment slips for each employee.
  • Keep records of and calculate annual bonus, taxable benefits and allowances in payroll.
  • Assist and submission of the quarterly and annual tax returns and reconciliation. 

Salary Tax

  • Assist the clients in preparing the required salary tax analyses.
  • Represent the clients at the tax inspection upon required.
  • Study the Tax inspector’s report and discuss the findings and details with the client’s management.
  • Prepare the defense memorandum indicating our appeal against pending issues with the Tax Authority.
  • Represent client at several meetings before the Internal Committee and discuss our views at these meetings.
  • Keep our clients to be inform at all times on the progress we have achieved.

  

           

REVIEWING THE CORPORATE TAX RETURN

The purpose of the review is to assist the client in assessing whether the corporate tax return is prepared in all martial respects in accordance with the provision of the tax law and its executive regulations.

Stamp Tax

  • Provide continuous advice to the client’s management and staff on matters related to stamp tax when required.
  •  Assist the clients in calculating and settling the stamp taxes in a timely manner.
  • Assist the clients to prepare the required documents for inspection. 
  •  Attending the inspection with the Tax Authority’s inspectors.
  • Study the tax inspector’s report and discuss finding and details with the client’s management.
  • Representing the clients before the Internal and the Appeal Committees and discuss our views at these meetings (if any).
  • Keep our clients inform at all times on the progress we have achieved.

Corporate Tax

  • Review the required analyses to be submitted to the tax authority.
  • Assist the client with the tax authority during the tax inspection.
  • Study the tax inspector’s report and discuss findings and details with the client’s management.
  • Assist the client with the Egyptian tax authority until the level of the internal committee and the tax authority’s appeals committee. 
  • Keep our clients inform at all times on the progress we have achieved.

             

Withholding Tax

  •    Review of the necessary tax forms (form 41 tax).
  •  Attend the inspection with the Tax Authority inspector.

VAT

  • Assist the clients in preparing the monthly Tax Return which is based on client invoices.

                  Advise the clients with all matters regarding the Sales Tax/Vat.

  • Direct contacts and meetings with the Sales Tax/Vat Authority for the purpose of finalizing the tax inspection.
  • Attend the tax inspection, when it is due.
  • Study the tax inspector’s report and discuss findings and details with client’s management.
  • Prepare the defense memorandum indicating our appeal against pending issues with the Sales Tax/Vat Authority.
  • Represent client at all meetings before the Internal Committee and discuss our views at these meetings.
  • Keep our clients inform at all times on the progress we have achieved.

AUDITING

  • Preparing the journal entries for all the company transactions.
  •  Recording the journal entries in the ledger or the accounting application company system.
  • Preparing the Trial Balance and the Financial Statements in accordance with the Egyptian Accounting Standards.

ADVISORY

 Ongoing tax advice to support the client’s plans in Egypt. 

  • Responding to the client’s queries received verbally or via written correspondence.
  • Research and respond to specific matters in relation to tax implications, companies' law, and investment law.
  • Correspond with. And contact, the Tax Authority on behalf of the clients for advice on specific matters raised.
  • Keep our clients inform on the progress of pending matter.
  • Updating the clients on changes in regulations/laws that may affect their business decisions.
