He has led and participated in numerous tax planning and due diligence engagements for multinational and local corporations across a broad spectrum of industries 

 He specializes in national and international tax advisory, assisting clients in navigating complex regulatory environments, mitigating tax risks, and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws. Mr. Zahran is particularly recognized for his ability to manage large-scale compliance projects and deliver tailored tax solutions aligned with clients’ strategic financial goals 

 In addition to his tax expertise, Mr. Zahran is a seasoned business advisor, supporting companies through phases of growth, restructuring, and organizational transformation.  Mr. Ramy has accumulated over 25 years of extensive experience in taxation, accounting, and financial advisory, including more than 15 years with prominent global firms such as KPMG Egypt, BDO Egypt, and Baker Tilly Egypt. Since 2017, he has served as the CEO of RANZ TAX, where he leads a diverse portfolio of advisory services. 

 His expertise includes strategic tax consulting, tax training, and full-spectrum accounting and audit solutions. Mr. Ramy is well-regarded for his ability to navigate complex tax environments and deliver tailored strategies that ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal efficiency. 

 He has successfully led multiple tax due diligence engagements, supporting clients through acquisitions and helping mitigate both domestic and international tax exposures. His deep regulatory knowledge and solution-driven approach have established him as a trusted advisor across sectors.
